Booking A Class

Below you will find a booking system of all the current classes on offer.

You're more than welcome to book your classes through this page, you can also book class on the TeamUp app.

Cancellation Policy

As a small independent Pilate studio with limited class sizes, there is a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy.

This entails that any appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Fail to do so, you will not be refunded.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in complying to this policy.

Parking

There is parking available on the driveway for 3 clients cars.

If you are planning to drive, please arrive 5 minutes before class to allow previous clients to leave from the driveaway.

Please note parking is at your own risk, Body Talk Pilates is not responsible for incident or accidents.

Essential Clothing Guidelines

Please wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely.

For safety and comfort, Grip Socks must be worn in the studio during all reformer classes.
