Group Reformer Classes & Timetable
Body Talk Pilates offers a variety of group on classes with various levels following the Stott Pilates repertoire
All classes are 60 minutes and are led by Verity, each class designed to challenge yet support you, ensuring you leave revitalized.

From Essential (Beginners Level 1),
Essential Plus (Beginners Plus level 1 & 2)
Intermediate (level 3)
and Fusion (Mat & Reformer combined)
Each will get you mobilising and building strength.

Induction (introduction)
This is a FREE 30/40 minute induction class designed for those who have never used a Pilates reformer machine before, this class is highly recommend to take before starting beginners classes.
Verity will introduce you to the machine, explain the equipment, the safety aspects and the Pilates principles (neutral alignment, core engagement and lateral breath) which are incorporated into every class and will be doing some movement exercises demonstrating the reformer building confidence with the machine however if you feel you need a little more support you can book a private session with Verity.
It is important to gain knowledge on the equipment and principles as classes move at pace.
Please be aware, if you join a beginners without an induction your session will be cancelled and asked to attend an induction.
Essential (Beginner Level 1 )
A great class for those who have done the induction, new to reformers and those returning after an interval.
Suitable for all levels of ability with layers of progression levels throughout aiding you to talk to your body and working within your own capability.
Essential Plus + (Level 2)
This is level 2 class is the next step up from beginners, with some of the harder Essential Stott repertoire. For individuals who have a good understanding of the level 1 Essential Beginners class and are looking to progress forward.
Intermediate (level 3)
Intermediate (level 3) is a move up from the reformer beginners class with more challenging exercises and the flow is a faster pace class (faster transitions between exercises). It is a combination of mainly intermediate with some advance exercises.
Suitable for those who are confident in the beginners (essential) class and are looking to challenge themselves further also, have a good understand of movements and exercises on the reformer. Class is designed for all abilities w however if you are carrying an injury please speak to Verity directly to ensure this is the right class for you.
Fusion (Combining Mat & Reformer) - Coming Soon!
This Fusion Class gives you the best of both worlds. A 60 minute class, split into doing both mat Pilates and reformer, 30 minutes of each in a combined class. This is great for anyone who loves both mat and reformer, to be able to have the variety of both forms of Pilates and want a little be of a challenge.

Private Reformer Class
A private 1:1 class is specifically designed with your body's well being in mind. We will discuss your goals, what you would like to achieve and aiding the body alignment, including a posture assessment. A tailored lesson plan around will be based around all of the above.
Great for anyone who is anxious in a group environment or want a more customize experience.
Duet Reformer Class
Duet class if perfect for friends, partners, family members who want to Pilate reformer together. Tailored for both individuals to experience and to enjoy movement together.
