Body Talk Pilates home page, a bespoke Pilates Mat & Reformer home studio located on the edge of Heathfield East Sussex led by professionally trained Pilates Mat & Reformer instructor, Verity.
Reformer classes are semi-private, with three reformers that allow individualised attention within a small class setting. There are a variety of group classes to choose from to suit your level and experience. The goal is to get you moving with ease and confidence while building stability, strength and balance here in Heathfield.
Keeping you moving tomorrow, next week, next year, 10 years, 20 years and much longer.

Parking:
There is parking available on the driveway for 3 clients cars.
If you are planning to drive, please arrive 5 minutes before class to allow previous clients to leave from the driveaway.
